Problem: Learning Services in Gilroy had an existing water pump, equipment, and electrical panel on a small concrete slab.
All the equipment was exposed to the sun & rain and needed to be covered.
They also needed some extra space for storage.
Solution: CCS designed & built a custom shed and floor around the existing equipment and
made it larger than the concrete slab for the extra storage space.
We added Double Doors to the front as well as doors on the end to access the electrical panels.
If the water pipes ever leaks, the floor is built so the water will just drain directly to the ground
without getting the floor wet.
